Passion is certainly the word that best describes the charismatic personality of Geneviève Leclerc, who puts all of her soul into each and every project she undertakes.

Well respected performer in the music industry, her impressive talent allowed her to travel the globe. Throughout her 8 years of traveling the world as an artist on cruise ships, Genevieve discovered amazing wineries and a deep love for wines and their secrets.

At the age of 13, Genevieve’s career took off when she landed her first role in the  french musical comedy Les Enfants de Don Quichotte. Her successful journey continued with other famous musicals such as Les Misérables, Les Belles-Sœurs (directed by René-Richard Cyr). In 2016 she was a candidate on the renown show La Voix (french version of The Voice) which exposed her talent to millions of people. Her mind-blowing performance of the song Je suis malade brought a whole new level of recognition towards Genevieve’s talent. After two french albums released (Portfolio & Celle que je suis), both were acclaimed by the critics and fans. And received a nomination at the 2018 ADISQ Award for the best anglophone show of the year. Then she flew to Russia under the invitation of «maestro triplement» Oscaristra by «Michel Legrand» who offer her to interpret on classic mytic film song such as « Les Parapluies de Cherbourg». On december 14 2019 will be her most recent tour with an exceptional concert of  54 musiciens with the team of «The Symphonic orchestra of Trois-Rivières, under the direction of Adam Johnson resident chef of the OSM!

However, Genevieve is a woman driven by her dreams which is to associate her two profound passions of music and wine. Therefore, she completes the first 3 levels of the prestigious Wine & Spirits Educational Trust (WSET®) where she gets to learn about the profession of a sommelier. Recognized through the world by wine experts, WSET offers it’s training programs in more than 70 countries and meets the highest requirements in this domain. Genevieve now begins the WSET 4 Diploma which is recognized as the most important training before the title of Master Sommelier.

With her great sensitivity as a performer and her knowledge as a wine expert she will be able to captivate her audience. Geneviève will guide you through the most stunning wine stories in the world with a pairing of beautiful music melodies.
