Passionate about wines, Meliza offers more than just a regular tasting event, but offers a short trip through the wine world!

Globe-trotter with a vast network in the industry as a representative and buyer in Europe and Asia, Meliza will introduce you to the secrets of tasting, in addition of sharing her great expertise.

Having started tasting and learning more about wines at a fine-dining restaurant in Whistler, Meliza soon became a representative, first in British Columbia and then in Europe. Winemakers opened their doors to her in Salzburg, Austria, where she contributed in the creation of two Ikarus wines. This house is known for its innovative guest chef concept animated in the unique environment of the Red Bull Hangar-7 at the Austrian Airport.

In 2007, she became involved in the Hope Family Wines business located in Paso Robles, California, bringing this house to Europe and even Asia. Through her more than 15 years of experience, she runs tasting workshops all over the world, including annual events in Japan, which fascinates her every time!

A great and charming woman, but also involved and passionate who dreams one day to be the owner of her own vineyard. Accustomed to adapt her animations to different audiences, she will undoubtedly conquer you!

Specializing in white wines and Californian wines (Paso Robles, Sonoma, Monterey, Napa Valley), she is also a fan of white wines from Austria, Greece, Umag in Croatia, Veneto and Tyrol in Italy.
