Natalie Richard

Sommelier - Host

Passionate about the Art of Living in all of its form, Natalie has an impressive career that started on the airwaves of Radio-Canada, then as VJ at MusiquePlus and MuchMusic. Music brought her into the gastronomy world in early 2000 when she co-hosts one of the first cooking programs in Quebec Cuisiné avec Jean Soulard.

In 2010, she published two books from the 30 recipes collection in 30 minutes, then started Châtelaine magazine’s Gourmand blog, and produced hundreds of culinary videos, filmed in her kitchen and still online. In 2013, she started her own website – Natalie Richard – Art de Vivre – where many of her gastronomic, travel and wine columns can be found, with the blog La Sommelière Aventurière.

Her inspiring encounters in the world of gastronomy and wine will lead her to complete advanced courses as a sommelier and her experience made her an excellent host, specializing in events, food and wine pairing.  Simply the Art de Vivre!

In complete harmony with the projects and vision of Jessica Harnois, her goal is also to democratize the world of wines and make the notions of tasting accessible to all. She also wants to make Quebec shine and bring Vins au Féminin to New York, Toronto, Hong Kong and Paris! At this moment, she is currently on the run to discover the most beautiful vineyards to complete her new book 50 itinéraires de rêve autour du monde “ to be published in autumn 2019 by Editions Ulysses.

Natalie is also pre-producing a new series on her YouTube channel, the Sommelier firt series will be titled: What do we drink?  Passion, sharing and pure pleasure is guaranteed with Natalie Richard!

With the Vins au Féminin team, she offers professional training for both business and hotel service teams.  She also specializes in food and wine pairing, masters beers, mixology and whiskeys. She hosts private events as well corporate groups and festivals.

Looking Forward in Hosting with you! Cheers!
