The representative of this company came to me with this product. I was skeptical of its dark color. The first thing that struck me was the smell of cardamom, juniper berries and ripe raspberries. I realized it is not a typical Champagne Rosé. A high proportion (50%) of Pinot Noir gives a dark, structured, full-bodied and elegant rosé.
