Without a doubt, this bottle of sparkling wine produced in the traditional method by Patrick Piuze fills me up with joy every time and even more for the holidays! Aromas of apple, white flowers with a limestone note and toast! This product offers a nice finish in the mouth with a well balanced acidity. Not dosed means that no sugar has been added to the liquid, which, according to Piuze, gives a sparkling wine of pure quality and the true essence of it’s terroir!
